We are able to offer clients the opportunity to participate in Biofuel "green oil" crop production, without the risk of potential fluctuation in oil yields. This is done by clients purchasing a land license and receiving a fixed annual rental return form your specific plot of land.
In addition to recieving a fixed long-term rental income the Millettia treees on your land will be absorbing CO2 emmissions and helping in the fight against climate change.

NOTE: The above figures do not include the additional "buy back" option should you wish to resell you land back to the company within the exit strategy. There is no upper limit on how many Hectares you can purchase. Rental income income will be converted from AUS Dollars into Sterling at the rate prevailing at the time.
By owning the land clients are investing in a hard asset, which is fully assignable and can be transferred or sold at any time during the 20 year license term. There will also be a buy back option after year 10 for those clients who wish to have their original capital returned.
