Various types of overseas mortgages are available i.e. repayment or "interest only", the latter being popular with buy to let clients. This table illustrates a typical monthly repayment for each €1,000 borrowed. To calculate your monthly repayment, multiply the appropriate entry in the table by the number of Euros borrowed.
For example, €100,000 mortgage with interest rate of 5% repaid over 20 years = €660 per month.
